Changing the streets from one way to two way has not improved traffic flow in my opinion and I have lived in the area 60+ years.

And if you're impatient you can always refinance during the time you hold and use the refi to buy your next property.  

The majority of mistakes I see people make result from being impatient because they need things to happen NOW because of the lack of reserves.

I'll bite as well, I list my rentals on the Zillow sites, Craigslist, Facebook &move.com automatically when you list it on cozy (not much traffic though),.
