Local leaders have had their heads in the sand regarding growth, and infrastructure has lagged terribly, resulting in terrible traffic.    

I have a four family with 2br apartments charging on the higher end, every time people come to look at it they want it but the traffic is not as high as I thought it would be.

The flip just got listed but we have had some strong traffic even so close to Thanksgiving.  

In every case, I direct traffic to our website, which keeps pictures and information about current rentals so that it can help screen some of the traffic.

To do it correctly is expensive and by that, I mean pulling permits on all the electrical, gas and mechanical, vinyl plank flooring in the high traffic areas, upgrading the carpet above the cheap investor grade, new counter tops, ceramic tile, addressing all external issues including the fence and external buildings and tons of other minor details.  

Been on the market for several months, not a lot of traffic (remote area)I have a potential offer coming through with owner (me) financing, 20% down and balloon the balance in 2yrs max. 

You may have some traffic if you put it on the MLS now but if you don't think it will be ready till mid December I'd wait till the second week in January.

The thought behind these questions is this - if the company is a major player in your market, and has a location that draws people in (walk-in traffic) and you have the opportunity to take shifts "on floor" to work with those walk-ins, it could be best to be there.  

I think it was off many people’s radar because it’s definitely out there, geographically speaking, being about an hour away from the heart of Los Angeles without traffic.
