While certain minor problems such as drippy faucets are not considered crucial to habitability, toxic mold certainly is.It will depend on what caused the mold.

If you find them irritating then perhaps you should just refrain from commenting.

@Mindy Jensen I’ll bet you a free upgrade to Premium it won’t take more than 3-4 more posts before this turns into a toxic meltdown... they’re beginning to pull the control rods out of the reactor.....

If it was a mild infestation and your electronics weren't on a wall shared with the other apartment they are probably ok but if you are worried there is a treatment called Nuvan strips which can be purchased online; these are pretty toxic and the treatment instructions must be followed carefully.

Their leases end in March.The mold issue would have to be addressed-not sure how much that would cost- and not sure I want live with baseline irritated people.

I am sorry, we had your mothers primary address in the borrower information screen when this was submitted"So I'm super irritated and annoyed and wondering why he put my mil's as the primary address etc..Anyway, it was a really bad experience and I feel like the agent's fault for the denial as he knew we were overseas and he had the wrong address in the application which I have no idea why.  

I had a lightly less irritating experience for our conventional mortgage through Quicken for our second home purchase.

And sorry that if some of this came across strongly but a lender should know these answers and should have advised you on this already...so if they didn't, that kind of makes me irritated.

Sometimes that takes awhile, especially if there are toxic tenants that you inherit.

For example the next door neighbors may not allow since toxic chemicals may get in their houses or I need a permit which may not be approved.Thanks
