Hi everyone, I was curious what might be some of the biggest problems to you run into while managing your properties? (Tenants not paying on time, keeping track of payments ect..)

I am expecting items to be found even though there is no visible signs of any issues.I will not be surprised if in the near term the prices fall a little.  

I can't imagine being in a partnership with someone that brings nothing to the table but expects the same return as you do.

So you can expect a discount to get to that point..

So essentially you can't really judge if the opportunity is right for you because he wouldn't tell you anything about what you could expect down the road & by time you got to that point it was past the time to get your refund. 

There are some buyers that are just a complete terror during warranty periods with expectations that are not at all aligned with the purpose of a builder warranty.

Expect to spend several thousand.
