No smokers.

The bad:credit score is lowIncome is just barely over 3XrentThe good:has been in the same job over 3 years.Has a solid rental history with no evictionsHas a clean background checkCar is paid forMore info:  this is a single guy, 22 years old, no pets, but is a smoker (at least he's honest about this).We really want to get a tenant placed and we haven't had any other applicants. 

This is a non-smoking property and she marked non-smoker on her application, and I'm not sure if the smell is from her smoking or from her workplace, all I know is I do not want my property to smell like a smoker has been living there.

Tons of smokers, loitering, cussing in public, and even a couple situations that made the local news (tenant through a TV off the second-story balcony, then the next week drove his car into one of our contractors trucks and threatened him with physical violence...4 police cars on the scene).- New desirable tenants do not want to move into an apartment complex and pay market rents when it's still a dumpSo we accelerated the entire process. 

The space has great visibility off highway 2 and would make a fantastic bar & grille for the apres ski crowd. 

The more I read some of these threads the more I am thankful I have adopted and implement a rigorous screening process.Landlords who don’t, wind up contorting themselves and their rules.Why the hell are you renting to smokers if you don’t like seeing cigarette butts?

We have been meeting at Dilworth Neighborhood Grille at 7pm.  

Cleveland Indians tickets a couple times, apple pies, last christmas 250.00 in gift cards to Bone Fish Grill, Starbucks etc. 

There is also a bigger pockets meet up tonight a 7 pm at the dillworth grille on morehead st!
