Hi Dinesh The buildium is cheaper than Rent manager for smaller units and multiple people can use simultaneously. since u have 4 units that should not be a problem.If you need multiple users need to login than you have to pay extra in rentmanager,which can become expensive than buildium.Also Pendo rent mentioned by Scott weaner seems ok to for what you need.Good luck and happy landlording.

The house is bad and it is a liability to have her and her child living there, but there are also other important benefits to me in a quick eviction. ie the cost/time savings in renovating both sides simultaneously, and getting a better tenant for the renovated side if she's not there.
