There is a shed on property that could house a mower, I would likely do the mowing and management myself for the time being but I included management costs in my calculation for the day I don’t want to manage it anymore.

I think it ran about $2,400 for all the materials including the weather-head & all ancillary conduit.BUT build a shed or a deck & you'll need a permit ???

Consider the economics of a shed or converting another area to storage if you don't want to rent the garage.
