RE is so long term and so costly to transact, it's not like we can so oh Johnny needs tuition this semester, let's sell $5k worth.

It would only really appeal to an investor as it is close to the college and it is mid spring semester.

The thing is, I don't have enough taxes or proof of income to begin, plus I want to try and save up 25k (15k more) before diving in (which in my situation could get done in 1 year, I got no college debt and can take time in between semesters if needed).

I am finishing college this semester and I am 22 studying my last semester in Costa Rica.

My brother is currently at the University of Florida and I’ve been planting seeds in his brain in preparation for him to purchase his first property when he graduates after this semester!

My goal is to rehab a single family residence in the Kennesaw area no later than July so I can begin renting to college students for the Fall 2022 semester. 

So, for instance, both of my MTRs are leased for fall semester, and are now listing on Sabbatical Homes for the spring semester and summer.
