While some people got lucky for a few years with the AirBnB runup and BRRR, real estate for the most part is a get wealthy slowly game, not get rich quick.  

There is no secret get rich quick scheme out there.

Keep saving until you can invest in a solid areaInvesting in real estate is not supposed to make you rich off of one deal.

All the 5-star reviews on google claiming to be working directly with Tom are lies - you need Robert Kiyosaki riches to be working directly with Tom.

I once had a rich dude refuse to pay the final draw ($40k).......I asked what was wrong?
