I agree anyone who is paying attention can see that we are picking up speed towards an oligarchy.

My reaction will be to simply continue to run our business with speed, agility and adaptability.

In addition to the sand volley-ball courts they want heated pools plus private baths for each bedroom plus high speed internet, etc.

Important stuff like that.I've contacted the selling agent directly in our case but unfortunately that doesn't seem to speed up a response.
