Even if I have late fees in my leases, I rarely apply them.

Rarely do I come across a LLC that is treated correctly (without comingling of funds, documenting the minutes of the required board meetings, and often paying the franchise taxes to keep the LLC active). 

It is a methodical approach to investing that allows you to earn a higher combined rate of return (Cash Value plus Real Estate)

Combined or only one? 

I think each combination of job speed, size, margin, judicial vs. nonjudicial foreclosure, transparency level, etc. each turn the dial up or down on the appropriate deposit size. 

Hopefully they can figure out a way to combine the positives of Orlando and Cancun.   

This is a very rare offering from what I can tell (based on my research), and these features in conjunction with the amenities my building offers (you name it we have it) and secured garage parking available (extra $), I am allowed to charge a premium for my rental.

They are also rarely in a desperate situation yet have equity that could provide a margin.

The other utilities not you rarely see at least in my area.
