How could I keep from having random people out knocking on doors and pestering the neighborhood?

Last flip I did they were adding saws and all kinds of random crap to their purchases and never ended up giving me all the receipts.

@Matt Gilroy Tell him your doing a random check to look at smoke detectors, check furnance, and general inspection of property for your records.

I would caution you look at the photographer's portfolio to ensure you like their style and finished images.

A spoke to a lot of property managers before going with the one I have and most of them had random little fees they charged for different things.
