@Michael PuwalI use realtor.com as a better source of information for me.You can also use a sight called rentometer.com that will allow so many queries per month, then you have to pay for them or just become a member and get a limited or unlimited amount of access.I also work with an agent that provides me sales and rental data.

Thus, far I've had overwhelmingly feedback to my queries here in BP.

Yes, your score will drop initially because of the queries, but those go away after some months.
