I've had better luck shopping off-season like now in the north. mid Nov to end of year can be the BEST time to buy assets I know my bigger players they really ramp up..

There are other players and it is an extremely active market, so research a lot and stay up to date on users' forum to get the latest information.For maximum overfunded permanent life insurance, I personally prefer Index Universal Life insurance as, on the long run, they will provide higher return than Whole Life insurance, but may, in the short term, have more volatility.

Based on the other replies the math probably won't work for a small investor, so I'll probably wait for the next downturn to get some cheap 2nds when there's too much debt for the bigger players to gobble up themselves.

I know the bigger players aren't looking for 20 units and under etc.
