From what I read in Bloomberg recently, investors gravitate towards platforms they trust on a personal level.I’ve found that blending personal touches with strategic growth means knowing your audience and what makes them tick.

Let’s be honest, I’ve watched folks who jump into this game as if playing roulette.. firing off offers on duplexes in Phoenix or leaning on some “sure-thing” house hack in Austin without ever sketching out their plan.

And answering your phone calls while watching the games does not turn your living room into a home office.

From what I’ve learned, focusing on properties with under-market rents can be a game-changer.

Your nightly rate will be influenced by proximity to the beach, interior design and amenities (ex game options, fire pit, pool, etc).
