Hey guys,I've been analyzing deals with a buy and hold mentality in the Tacoma, WA area for a while now.

However I'm having to retool my strategy with a "How can I" mentality.

So this would be ideal for the house hacker mentality but not for someone not wanted to homestead the mult, makes sense now thank you!

My main mental struggle with holding is figuring out how to balance maximizing cash flow vs having funds available (through increased mortgage debt) to take advantage of any significant drop in the market.

After the presentation I immediately upgraded my mentality and account from a "normal Joe" to  PRO to enhance my experience and utilize all that BP has to offer. 

And I am a Newbie INVESTOR/WHOLESALERI've always had a hustler mentality but I guess I never looked at REAL ESTATE, mainly because I never really understood it said I never want to be just a LANDLORD..
