It's still a good deal even at the higher purchase price and I'll leave the rest up to karmic justice and pray blessings on both the buyer and seller.

I have taken videos trying to show the same thing at one of my cabins and they just don't do the steepness justice.

I really have issues with vexatious litigants clogging up our courts over pettiness when there are real victims waiting in some cases years to get justice because the courts are too busy handling claims that have no merit only filed because of greed.   

My son is graduating CSU with a Criminal Justice degree and is applying to the Colorado Springs Police Department and our lender said he could count his years in college as years of employment because his degree is the same as his career field. 

You should consider one of the thousands of rental markets across the country where justice still applies.

The outside is in good shape, but these pics do way too much justice, the ceiling has to be ripped out and they’re talking about using the old style ceiling that is above the current ceiling which is fine if it’s in good shape but we don’t know.

If not, the seller can cancel the contract and file an eviction suit in Justice Court to remove you from the property.If you’ve paid more than 40% or made more than 48 payments, or if you recorded your contract in the property records and you defaulted on payment after Sept. 1, 2015, you have the right to cure within 60 days of the notice.
