Carmen Ruiz Newport Rhode Island --- AirBnB restrictions in Newport

But if no one else replies, at least it’s one meeting to look into.I’m curious that the title of your post about AirBNB restrictions in Newport doesn’t seem to relate to the content of your post though (REIA meetings near Methuen). If you were also asking about that, the most recent news I could find was Newport begins to tackle short-term rentals, as many properties operate under the radar which discusses the new short term rental registration requirement and has a link to the new ordinance. My guess would be that “registration” is only the first step, and that once they have a reasonably good list of active short-term rentals there will be more restrictions/requirements to come.
