I want to know what areas in the U.S. are hot.   

I watched a new hot gurus first interview from around 2019 where they said they learned from "all the greats from the 80's" so I googled "no money down real estate 1980."

Some people want flash with hot tubs, pool tables, swimming pools, kayaks, and brand new.   

Idea 6: Wait until your market is so insanely hot and has low inventory like San Francisco, oh and a "Not In My Backyard" mentality...

Orlando is one of the most hot market in real estate, so finding the right property management company that handle your property in the most professional manner possible in all aspects is really challenging. you want a company that specializes at residential real estate either multi or single family and most likely serving the area that you are investing in. 

So what are some ways that buyers (and their brokers for that matter) can elevate their client(s) offers when they are competing on popular or HOT prospective properties against multiple and/or cash offers? 

That's where I expect the hot growth to be over the next 10-20 years.
