I recommend putting that in to some type of investment account producing dividends and other long term growth vehicles.

One of these opportunities I have been considering is investing in businesses like laundromats, as they supposedly can produce substantial cash flows (according to an investor I’ve spoken).

Most home inspectors can turn-around and produce a report in about 24-48 hours after the inspection. 

The additional income from the ADUs will easily cover the cost of the loan and produce really solid cashflow.

This property has actually produced positive rent growth over the same period.

If you need your vacation rental to produce a positive cash flow immediately, I do not recommend the investment. 

If they are a high producing broker, they should be able to provide you with an abundance of insights related to that market.

I will think of a couple titles but I would actually go outside of the mechanics of CRE and focus more on prospecting and sales or you will just be a really great analyst working for a producer.   

Serious buyers, but need guidance on neighborhoods to avoid, what may be for sale now that is already income producing, areas to consider, etc.Thanks!
