There are people running into the harsh reality that they cannot pay rent or they cannot afford the place they are currently living.

My son in law is a black man, and I have seen over the years when people have treated him harshly.

He’s ignorant when it come to cash, but very educated and structurally sound when it comes to derivatives, logarithm, history, chemical composition just about anything.

Would you want your neighbor building a 30 foot tall fence, making loud noises all the time and pumping a bunch of chemicals into the ground causing weird smells? 

Just a harsh fact here that must be said. 

At least the law ends up supporting the main point of people being able to choose their roommates, and hopefully if someone ever does go to court for advertising their taste, they won't be punished harshly lol.

Or should I ask my property manager to test for meth chemicals?

You are in a tough spot here, and the honest perhaps harsh truth (as others have mentioned) is that you are very overpriced for the area.
