If the other tenant feels it is intrusive, then make the tenant remove it or adjust it until everyone is happy.

In Florida, the landlord is not allowed to do malicious things like remove doors, turn off utilities, etc.  

I've only been asked once if I could remove them so the prospective tenant wouldn't have to store them.  

There are a few ways to analyze a current and proposed property to remove doubts on cash flow, ARV potential, Equity to leverage and how to mirror this on all properties going forward.

After seeing a bad review I left, they tried to get the post removed by reporting it; call me; and then eventually removed the plumbing bill after getting negative publicity.

If you ask the manager to justify a fee and he starts hemming and hawing, move on or require them to remove the fee.

Couple of thoughts, if you think the property is worth 650k now, I would reach out to your existing loan servicer and ask them for the PMI removal form.  

It's possible the first letter or summons will slap your tenant quickly into compliance, or you may go all the way to court/judgement/sheriff removal. 

We spent a total of just under 50k renovating the property, all new windows, interior including paint, flooring, updated plumbing, electrical, all completely renovated the interior including removal of popcorn ceilings, and all costmetic updates, cabinets, countertops, light fixtures.
