A quart of regular milk is about 1 Euro, grass-fed organic milk is 1.10 - the difference is very small. (1 Euro = roughly 1.1 USD) Here in Milwaukee I pay about about $7 for for a 2 quart container grass-fed.

6.5% interest that you are paying and assuming you are in a 30% tax bracket means your real interest rate that you are paying is closer to 4.5%5% > 4.5%I would not pay it off early

The only thing you should be aware of is there is a section 8 specific inspection prior to move in that usually takes 1 month to complete so best case scenario is usually a section 8 tenant moves in in 2 months often its closer to 3 months if you fail the inspection and have to be reinspected which is common.
