I really enjoy the fast pace and hard work of getting a property fixed up and going from dump to gorgeous home. 

The biggest selling point was to rip up the old stinky carpets and refinish the gorgeous oak floors underneath.

Congrats the floors are gorgeous in the living room!. 

Perhaps they would be willing to sign the deed over to you if you'll take over payments; kind of like taking over a car payment for the pink slip.

I know I personally don't care for landlord in gorgeous pm lording..

I had them spray my pink laminate countertops in one house too. 

We also painted the kids' rooms, but it might be too "loud" as a rental unit because one room has "Victoria Secret" pink stripes with a ceiling fan definitely for a little girl's room and the other room we painted teal and it has a modern looking black ceiling fan. 

The other rooms are pale yellow, sage, pale pink.

Reservoir Hill has gorgeous victorian homes, but it's more block-to-block.
