I have found the best way for me is to go in and organically network.

Hi Mason, I did try it out with the free trial period, good app for organizing your properties when driving for dollars or just coming across a property while out and about.

It has seen significant growth, especially with tech giants like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up operations, driving up property prices and job opportunities.

Lots of people also seem to be turning to MTR vs STR.....I'd look at places near medical centers....Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, MD Anderson...and whatever other giant medical facilities are around that cater to people that aren't always local.
