A gentle slope 20 feet from the house to a large creek has a different set of concerns than a steep slope 500 feet from the house to a little ankle-deep creek.

It got so bad, that I had to move into one of my other houses and this this one out at a big discount.Then they media found out and twisted that family to be the poor, poor victim of some scummy landlord, that didn't own the property and had been taken advantage of.

I far from know all the twists and turns but I'm trying to figure it out and gain a deeper edge in the space.
