If it included Unrecaptured Sec 1250 gain (see my earlier response) - then you'll have to pay that depreciation recapture gain tax, too.Extra twist: depending on how long you kept the money in the fund, you could reduce this gain by 10% (5 yrs) or 15% (7 yrs).
