Hi, does anyone have any insights on what's going on with the lawsuit?

The buyer pays taxes on the crypto gain and the seller pays taxes on the property value gain.

The great thing about living in a high cost of living area is that your salary / wages are hopefully also very high.If you are a new college grad, I would focus the next 1-3 years on increasing your salary as much as possible(gain new skills, new certifications, change employers, etc).Once you make more money, you can easily get in a position to buy a property on a more frequent basis.Best of luck!

I do understand how PM can handle all the hassle, but I would appreciate if someone could provide me an insight with 'self-managing' as I already have found abundant resources around using a PM!

That number seems high but the neighborhood was “hot” and houses sold really quickly.What I cared about most was completing my second deal to gain experience.

Any insight as to why I'm not getting any inquiries this year?
