But the whole town was a lot of fun.Since BP is a Real Estate forum, yes, the rental laws/issues are terrible.As a REI strategy, you will always have a combination of either Appreciation or Cash flow.

I saw someone else in the forums mention a site called www.rocketlease.com but it is $35 vs the site you are mentioning costs $25 for seemingly the same services.
