I can put plant beds in near the fence edges using free materials, ie, the contractor has about 20 yards of 57 grade white stones that I could use in all flower beds, and a moonlighting landscaper can install very robust and inexpensive plants for greenery in those beds.

This could include some ant bait stations, sink drain snake, 3M command strips, etc.I recommend keeping it cheap and generic (no bottles of wine and flowers).

It was well maintained, lots of nice lawn and flowers, and they considered it to be just as good as having a pretty park across the street, minus all the drunks who hang out in parks.I also know an awful lot of folks who like to stop in cemetaries as they travel and read the headstones.I don't think there is much stigma attached to a cemetary, as long as it is reasonably well maintained and not a weed patch or a hang out for the local meth dealers.

Thanks for the flowers, Mike, have enjoyed many of your posts as well, and unfortunately, it does appear that no matriarchal societies have indeed survived, although there is a theory about one in Greece that lasted for 1500 years, but alas, gone without a clue as to why.

I looked today but could not find it.Mark Azevedo had a great suggestion in hunting around locally to wholesalers like myself they get the properties in after the AM has released it to them in a purchase, but they still need to resell it unless they "buy/hold".Another option would be to contact your local Real Estate Investment Clubs and Cash Flow Clubs to see if they have any listings to release to you.Susan Flowers had a great idea also about doing BPOs, but there are lots of web sites that will do that for around $8 to $13 per door.
