The WEC has had to fight with HITS and USEF (United States Equestrian Federation) the national governing body for equestrian sports, to be able to host hunter/jumper horse shows due to mileage rules.

We (3 siblings) bought a home for a little over $1M just before covid, now it's appreciated to $1.4M - $1.5M.All 3 names are on home title. 2 siblings want to sell, one of the sibling is financially capable of buying out the other 2 siblings. 

@Christian Hutchinson  does sound like a typical boarding house probably with a little less drinking and fights. 

DSCR will likely be very hard on a property like this considering the hotel-type nature (the info mentioned in #2 with the business website, online booking capability, etc.). 

The tenants had to have certain physical capabilities so they could manage somewhat independently. 

Can they fight a void sale even after the deed is issued after 3 years?

Personally, I've seen and experienced things where because of the LLC separation-- the other side chose not to fight it seeing how little they could win.  

@Nancy BachetyCan't concur completely, Philip has a 7 figure problem he would benefit in countless ways using professional services but you are right most traditional advisors are not capable of helping in this situation.
