I'm a 26 year old CPA that has been fascinated with real estate investing for years.

I am an agent in Annapolis, fascinated in all things REI. 

Commercial is fascinating to me and it makes me nervous but in a good way.

In my opinion, the higher price points in just about any city give investors the most flexibility to see appreciation that is actionable (meaning you could actually sell the house) and cash flow.Sorry for the long response, but I am always fascinated how we as investors can fall into traps of broadly labeling markets or ideas.  

There used to be a water line that ran through that closet to a spigot outside, which was probably redirected to pump water to the fascinating 1/2 bathroom downstairs (no, I did NOT do that).

My fascination with real estate has been low level but always there for a while I guess.

I have listened to your podcast every day this week on the way to and from work and have become fascinated with your story.

I have been fascinated with real estate throughout most of my college years, was the president of the Northeastern Real Estate Club, worked as a rental agent in Boston, and have a year of work experience with two different real estate private equity firms, and am currently working part time with a small operation of people that I know in my network trying to source off market opportunities in various markets, and transition the operation to self-management.

I have have been fascinated with Real Estate Investing since college, but I am now at a point in my life where I have a small (but enough) amount of capital to invest.
