Eventually, I might do a 1031 exchange.

Eventually get into properties and land wholly owned.

This led to non-residents/non-guests gaining access to the building which in turn led to tenant complaints and unfortunately may lead to a tenant(s) eventually leaving the property.

My goal is to eventually add/build a few more tiny homes. 

We are conservative investors since we will be out of the country eventually.- These total 10 duplexes should bring in 30K gross rent per month and cash-flow about ~3-4K/month.We don't plan to use any of the cash-flow for personal expenses and after keeping sufficient reserves, we will funnel the cash-flow to pay-off existing properties.

We have 1 rental property and hope to build more capital through flipping and eventually build our buy and hold portfolio. 

EVERYONE gets burned eventually (even I have from foreclosures I couldn’t get into).Never trust these illegal wholesalers, especially the ones that go after newbie investors.

My eventual plan is to scale - do most have a single financial LLC with its own checking account and each rental LLC finances go through that one?

In the future, I would love to start with owning multi-family rentals and eventually get into investing in high density rental developments.
