I had an absolute hatred for the project to the point that I fired myself as the listing broker and hired a friend to sell it. 

The guy has been arrested before for drugs and domestic issues before and seems like he thinks he is entitled to do anything he wants.

Some of these proposals pass, others never go to committee. the real target is small business. while large corporations will stay untouched the plan is to decimate all small business. this is why I see this whole landlord/tenant hatred as planned. when people have no private property they become slaves. it is like in 1984.

I'm truly sorry for whatever is causing so much hatred in your life. 

We've actually had this happen more than once.I've been called so many times for deceased tenants, search warrants, domestic violence, meter reader heard water running inside a vacant house, smell of gas, and so many other things I can't remember.With renters, it's important to set boundaries.

It's a great theory, but, who really wants to deal with criminals all day and then come home and deal with domestic violence, gang and drug activity for a few extra bucks or discount on the rent.

It got more damaged from tenants who had a violent domestic dispute than from when I purchased it.

One thing for sure is all the hatred towards landlords isn’t going to have the intended effects.

After doing some research, I found he had trespassing and assault in 2018 and a domestic violence in 2020.

The only thing you can do just put a shade on it.Can you tell me what are the other possible use of the property (commercial or domestic)?
