What I would like to know is, is it possible to have a trust owned LLC structured like an S Corp where the trust is the entity controlling the business leaving it so we do not have to form a LLP therefore not being "members."

We call this a pro forma business plan.CCR is used often but I don't consider it to be an actual return.CCR to me is just a calculation of the 1st year Cash Flow from the money you invested.
