So with that being said I am in dire need of help.

Hey guys, I feel like I start to freak out and when I freak out I can’t think strait, so can u help me please to put this all in place?

Has anyone been in this dire situation? 

There are 4 of these type buildings all next to each other and all are distressed, 1 is legitimately boarded up the other 3 are just clearly in dire need of some TLC.

However, the suburbs are in just as dire a situation as city and will also need to raise revenue going forward.  

The parcel map is pretty strait forward for the entire neighborhood.

I know you are in dire straights and are probably looking to just walk-away from this landlording nightmare.  

Some of the concerns and issues i have encountered and my two cents, whatever that is worth may assist with your dealings with the next contractor you encounter or need.Preface is that we are in a dire need for skilled help and as the blue collar/white collar debate over college seems to escalate contractors will continue to have more work than they could possibly handle if they run a legitimate business.1.

Chirst came to make it better, but there was those that believed and those that did not.Continue to be honest, strait forward and you will be rewarded in the end.
