I don't use Craigslist because it's full of scams but everyone has their own experience. 

Not sure there.He is in it a couple of weeks, and is now ready to be the Wholesailing King of the World.Sounds like he still doesn't know what hebis talking about, although they teach him investing lingo, so he feels confident.This feels like a pure scam to me, but if anyone has any positive experiences, I'd be excited to hear!

The number times that I've been scammed, or close to it, approaches 100%.The refrigerant matters because a shifty tech will sell you R22 and then next year try to upsell you to a new system using R410A, or worse, sell you a whole new R22 system knowing that prices to repair it will escalate every year.But please, tell me why a refrigerant might need to be replaced every year?

I figured it was a scam, but decided to call just in case it was legit. 

Also you have to figure out how to give them enough info to know you are not scamming them and yet not give away enough information for them to find out for themselves how to get the full 29k without using you. 

It should be most of it but that will tell me really how it is - scam or no scam.

IT IS NOT A SCAM........IT IS A SIMPLE, PROFESSIONALLY EXECUTED, VERY LUCRATIVE INVESTMENT OPTION!!!!! 

Within a couple of days we noticed a scam posting of our rental with our pictures and description and address but listed for $800 instead of the $1000 we are asking.
