Certain expenses are all lumped together for the sake of the P&L like insurance and taxes and others like repairs and maintenance can be viewed collectively or by individual property.

The balance went to zero in 217 payments (not really what I expected, but I think I understand why).So, @Eric Jones, it is ENTIRELY possible to pay the whole $150K off in 8 to 10 years by adjusting the size of the "chunks" you pay toward it and possibly the frequency as well, depending on your overall repayment goals and the resources you have available.Thank you, gents!
