Right now i know they are building up the energy corridor for more engineering firms and oil businesses so it is still developing further west into the Katy area.

I saw a really nice preconstruction project in Calgary, Canada in the downtown area which is a AAA location and from what I’m researching Calgary is an up and coming market as they are not so depend on oil and gas as they once were.

You might have to adjust the rent down a little bit but that is how we do it where I’m from and let me tell you I’d rather receive $1200 less rent annually than have a $5000 heating oil bill.

We have addressed regular wallpaper in the past by painting over it with oil based Kilz and then using a latex paint to make the look of the wallpaper to go away.

If not, what thoughts do you have on painting it - it has a high gloss finish so not sure if latex paint will stick without some preparation- possibly oil based Kilz.A few photos of part of the hallway and one of the bedrooms is shown below so you can see what we are dealing with.Appreciate any input or thoughts on options . . .be they painting of any other suggestionsThanks again!

Oil is only just over $80 a barrel, and I believe $150 a barrel was the ATH several years ago.
