I can afford to leave some money in the property, doubtful that my potential partner could in 5 months time but maybe in a year.The property:-It's currently an owner occupied legal duplex (2 bed up, 2 bed down) in a century home with enormous unused carriage house (garage)-House needs a lot of cosmetic help and updating but is structurally and mechanically sound.

I have interviewed with Windermere and century 21 so far.

Neither the Great Depression, nor the Great Recession, nor any of the more than three dozen economic slumps over the past two centuries, have ever caused such a sharp decline over such a shockingly short period of time.

Seller told lawyer that it includes verbiage about being sold “as-is” and that I’m not going to come after her if fridge breaks and was listed as operational in disclosures, etc.Long story short: they are having century 21 out to “evaluate” (appraise maybe?)

The thought with 1950's look is to theme the house mid century modern.

In the 19th century, Boise was called "the Athens of the West", due to its civic-minded people, who were also interested in education, as well as having a modern court system, promoting U.S. freedoms.

And in these recent decades in the U.S. of new laws for tenants' rights, the idea of a Landlord collecting on the remainder of what is left, unpaid on a signed lease, beyond said 2 months; this is a pipe dream that belongs back in former centuries, when Capitalists got away with much more, than they now are allowed to do.
