Hello,I just sent out my first mailer using @Jerry Puckett In NJ somwhere.I started getting calls yesterday and it is a disaster, I will try discribe all the issues one by one.Someone calls while I am in the car I answer and I am flustered and it ends up being a mess.Someone calls me about a property and starts giving me attitude when I start asking him basic questions ...

Fixing anything on a car is easy and I definitely save thousands.  

I don't know the answers to 1 & 2, but if you can get a title loan for a car, I imagine you can get a line of credit for your land, too!

Focus primarily on those close to the mean to identify more accurately what things seem to sell for and that gives you a good indication of where to target your negotiations on a property (much like having blue book numbers when buying a car).  I

The car is not quite worth 1/3 of my income and I owe less than $5k on it.
