Watching my mother fight Breast Cancer.

The owner died of cancer and his elderly wife left the country.

The listing agent told me that the seller was a very difficult person to reason with, even for him, and that the seller's wife had  just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. 

Bruce...  55 yrs old, just got his kids out of the house, Good job, good wife, out of nowhere had a massive stroke, never woke up and died 5 days later. .......When I was 28, in 1988, my wife was 26 and we had a 3 year old daughter, good job, new home, new cars, life was amazing, and bam, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The person died for cancer. 

I am sure many folks on BP can give stories of frivolous lawsuits they have had to endure.If a person has been wronged, then they should have legal recourse, but not because they didn't recover from a terminal cancer.

Right now, most of my peers with a similar cancer prognosis are in wheel chairs or already gone.

It's not an entirely unselfish ethical issue I have.A bit of story for you both: The couple sounds like they have a crooked lawyer, who was working with their mother on her assets and will before she died from cancer (or while)-:. 

We found out indirectly through Facebook that last week she passed away from cancer.

He has cancer in his spine that 6 months ago caused him to be pAralyzed from hips down.
