I'm actually the worst person to gamble with.

I replaced the vanity, I removed the tiled walls but left it around the tub, which remained, added sheetrock, a nice border tile, new vanity, kept the toilet and had a clean nice bath for… $516.97.

It is located 45 minutes north of Nashville on the Kentucky border.

I live in S Fla so unless you gamble, just want management fees or are happy to park money... buying MF is not really happening ... right now it’s about waiting for nervous developers to capitulate in bulk or making deals with the loan to own lenders last in the door 

It's especially bad for houses bordering the alley.
