I am looking for a deck builder to build a 2nd floor deck in Running Springs CA, it is about 8x24x40 L Shaped on the 2nd floor.

Other HML who were on the 1 year calls .. those guys got hammered forced to liquidate at huge loss's and contributed to the melt down.. this is why so many that were operating prior to 08 are no longer here. and if you look at most HML today they started after 2010 with clean deck..   

Hello,My insurance Co is not renewing the policy.Background:There was a fire on 7/27/2017 which was determined to be caused by cooking on the deck.

A large deck would need to have vinyl decking replace.

Decking is treated 2x12 lumber. $500.

Kitchen and bathrooms need to be remodeled, new roof, deck around inground pool is trash, paint & carpets.
