Every bathroom has to be gutted to the 2 x 4's and all the bathtubs and tubs walls have to be replaced.

So there was carpet cleaning, some small picture holes that had to be patched a bathtub that wasn't cleaned, and some other misc stuff.

We have a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment that only has a bathtub, instead of a bath/shower.We're looking for clever ways to advertise for this unit, in order to get it filled up.Comment your ideas, please!!

What type of bathtub would you use to replace existing bathtub in an apartment rental?
