We luckily found a somewhat bullish, capital ready group that had very few contingencies (other than awarded credit)...so now fingers crossed we are in the top 3 in # of units for the county (the tie breaker metric).

Most of my commercial clients after award and walk through don't see me until punchlist time, and they never see me after it is done, I'll just send them a couple of pictures then that is it.
