I agree with Wayne Brooks that these are likely separate tax pins and a quick search on the county auditor website will show you quickly.

It's best to call either the county clerk's office or the county auditor's office so they can tell you specifics

You can try looking the property up at your county's Auditor Website.

I am an auditor by profession and I can tell if there is money being misrepresent or not.

If you are looking at specific properties, the Auditor's site lists the school district for every property.

The counties in Indiana that do not work through them more than likely have there sales at the courthouse, but always contact that Counties Auditor/Tax Sale Office to verify who is handling the sale and the sale location.Once you acquire a property or two, you can choose to advertise/sell it how you wish (newspaper, local Hot-Spots, MLS with a Realtor/Broker, or For-Sale-by-Owner Sites, etc.) 

The Auditor simply stated "I made it to August in your log and factoring in roughly an hour there and an hour back each time, you fail the 50% test".
