Construction 4. building plans 5. city permits (zoning and building) etc and you or anyone else may be saying : well you are not going to do all of those... you are not... but you need to be able to recognize when people are over changing you, or not doing enough work for the money you have paid them already... etc You have to be able to assemble teams: realtors, contractors, architects and drafters... or work with someone that can plug you in with their team. the list goes on.
