Also @Michael Norris made an excellent point about dog bite/dog breed exclusions.I might add that when I asked my management company how many owners signed the form they sent out, I was told almost all the owners did without any questions or phone calls, so I am in the minority.

You can generally get a good feel for a company by having a phone call with them but certainly need to be cautious if there is little information about them available.

And since you control the phone number, if you need to change people its easy to simply change the login without having to issue new instructions to the tenants.

I was able to finally purchase the list but obtaining owner’s information is difficult here where I am (CA). If anyone has ideas or suggestions that would be great!
