We practice the southwest airlines model.

I have 2 jobs, one with the airlines and one with the AF Reserves, so I don't want to overwhelm myself or cause my wife and three kids to suffer from my lack of home time.  

Im all full time worker for American Airlines as an Aircraft Mechanic.

Market supports $975 to a traditional tenant and we're looking at ~$1600 with our niche of short-term airline employee commuters (who again care mostly for a clean, safe place close to the airport with their peers and very little about curb appeal)Trying to figure out how to post pics using the app...

I was trying to make it out there this quarter but you know how airline travel is now. 

And as a consequence of COVID-19 many other industries such as supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, airlines, hotels, airports are suspending their workers and / or cutting working hours.

I know some that put everything on CC for the cash back and airline miles.

I would most likely be getting out of the Marines to go fly with the airlines after 2 years, but would take an immediate short term pay cut for a few years.

For those of you familiar with the area, I've been specifically looking into anything North of Airline Highway and West of Causeway Blvd.

Last I heard major airlines had cancelled 90% of their flights.
