Jerry, what is your experience and knowledge of the Western side of Wyoming?

I am also communicating and exploring some sort of partnership with Daniel at Western Slope Tiny House Company (find them on Facebook).

I own properties in the western suburbs of Chicago where my real vacancy has been around 2-3%.

I Love all the western slope momentum!  

An incredible number of casual LLs here in western PA lower C'class longer-term (multiyear) rentals pocket the security deposit in full as a matter of course.

I would recommend you reach out to @Brie Schmidt for the north side, @John Casmon for his multifamily meetup and if you want to treck to the near western suburbs come to the meetup I run in Forest Park. 

I have 2 STR properties out in Western NC, but looking to do something closer to home like a BRRRR that I can better oversee. 

Western MA and RI have some reasonable markets for investing - not sure about NH.

We don't operate in Atlanta, but I would check if New Western or Net Worth operates there. 

And Western Media, if they want to be allowed to report from within China, needs to keep the Chinese Government happy.
